The terminal has a butted seam barrel that is covered by a funnel designed, seamless brass sleeve which serves to guide the wire into position. The nylon-sleeve is abrasion-resistant, fully insulated and flared to allow a positive grip. Its stepped design ensures mistake-proof crimping.
